Befragt wurden Kinder und Jugendliche der Klassen 4., 5., 9., 11. und 13. zu ihrer musikalischen Praxis au\u00dferhalb des schulischen Unterrichts. Insgesamt f\u00fchrten die Forschenden zwischen April 2021 und April 2022 20 Fokusgruppeninterviews mit Sch\u00fclerinnen und Sch\u00fclern in Pr\u00e4senz durch. Die Gruppengr\u00f6\u00dfe variierte zwischen zwei und zehn Sch\u00fclern pro Interview. Die durchschnittliche Dauer der Fokusgruppeninterviews betrug in etwa 20 Minuten, mindestens 5 Minuten und maximal 35 Minuten. Thematisch standen individuelle und gemeinschaftliche musikalische Aktivit\u00e4ten im Mittelpunkt, darunter Engagement in Musikvereinen, musikalische Beitr\u00e4ge zu traditionellen Festen sowie spontane musikalische Begegnungen. Ein besonderer Fokus lag auf der Nutzung digitaler Musikformate wie Apps, Tutorials oder sozialer Medien. Dar\u00fcber hinaus wurden Zugangsbarrieren und die Rolle des sozialen Umfelds \u0096 insbesondere Familie und Peers \u0096 thematisiert. Die Teilnehmenden gaben Einblicke in ihr musikalisches Erleben sowie in dessen Bedeutung f\u00fcr soziale Teilhabe und regionale Identifikation. Die Interviewfragen wurden sprachlich an die Altersgruppe angepasst. Das FDZ Bildung stellt alle 20 Transkripte zur Verf\u00fcgung.
