Kategorie: Increasing the task value
DefinitionThe use of time-intensive strategies in particular only makes sense from a subjective point of view if the associated goal has a value that makes effort appear worthwhile. The personal value of certain learning and work goals can lie either in the learning itself or in the consequences expected with the achievement of the goal (e.g., in the form of reward, increase in interest, etc.).
